Manufacturing Engineer

Maleko Personnel, on behalf of its client located in Selma, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. The ideal candidate would take immense satisfaction and pride in the quality of their work and would understand the importance of adhering to compliance, while achieving a goal oriented delivery plan. This position would work closely with the production team to ensure delivery of affordable, high-quality parts that meet the company's specifications.



The Manufacturing Engineer will provide support to the organization relative to improvement of the manufacturing processes as well as?providing quality interface, expertise and support to the production team, in providing assurance that?our products meet engineering requirements. The candidate shall be highly motivated and an effective?team player with strong communication and influential skills.



Primary Responsibilities:


? Development and write process and procedures for the production floor.


? Determine process capability using SPC data.


? Performing or providing training for process and procedures to the production floor personal.


? Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material


costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.


? Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following


manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service.


? Maintains product and process data base by writing computer programs; entering data


? Other duties and responsibilities that may be added of assigned by management.


Basic Qualifications:


? 2+ years of developing manufacturing processes preferred


? 2+ years of applying lean manufacturing principles preferred


? Fully competent in Blue Print and GD&T knowledge.


? Competent in Engineering Change Request Notices (ECRN).


? Competent in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action methodology.


? Practitioner in Process Flow Diagramming, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and


Control Plans.


? Competent in Continuous improvement Techniques, programs, including preventive actions.


? Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to determine tooling and process requirements


? Must have the ability to utilize Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Project,


Power Point, etc. including Visio.



Preferred Qualifications:


? Heavy Manufacturing experience.



Education:


? Bachelor?s degree in Manufacturing, industrial or mechanical engineering from a four-year College or


university.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
