Distributes daily Project Read Files.
Files and stores physical documents, including paper, manuals, books, photos, videos, and digital media in the project files.
Establishes and maintains a listing of all materials stored in the Project Library.
Assist in maintaining project File Index, files and library.
Assist in monitoring programs used for compliance to procedures and requirements of the project and the company.
Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan.
Support published corporate policies.
Perform additional assignments per management's direction.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
