Your talents in both Emergency Room Operations and Clinical Leadership will be front and center as you collaborate across disciplines and departments to ensure that patient care standards are closely maintained.
Supported by a CEN Assistant Nurse Manager and two experienced Charge Nurses, the Emergency Services Patient Care Manager will provide vision, leadership, and mentorship to a strong staff of 70
Emergency Care Registered Nurses.

Offering care to all levels of Emergency patients, this 60
bed department sees nearly 100k patients annually and sees over 1,000 Trauma patients.
The RN Patient Care Manager will play a crucial role in the clinical and administrative operations of the Emergency Department.
Working closely with the ED Director, you'll develop and maintain the unit's annual budgets, analyze staffing procedures, and create innovative solutions for departmental challenges.
The RN Manager will also take oversight of achieving and maintaining patient care and safety, as well as staying current on compliance standards for a number of regulatory agencies.
Clinically, the RN Manager of Emergency Patient Care will play a large role in developing the next generation of high-acuity nurses.
This person will help develop and support ongoing in-service education initiatives aimed at improving skills competencies across the unit and across the hospital.
